About Klimate Concepts
A Lubbock-area HVAC company built around clear communication, solid workmanship, and service for homes and businesses.
Who we are
Local HVAC for the South Plains
Klimate Concepts is owned and operated by Mark Adams. We’re based around Lubbock, Texas, and we focus on heating, cooling, refrigeration, and maintenance for residential and commercial customers in Lubbock and nearby communities.
Customer listings and neighborhood feedback have described long experience in the HVAC trade. Rather than pin exact year counts here, we let the work speak for itself: show up on time, diagnose carefully, explain options in plain language, and leave systems running reliably.
Whether it’s a residential AC that can’t keep up in August, a furnace that needs attention before a cold snap, or commercial equipment that has to stay online — we’re here to help Lubbock stay comfortable.
What we stand for
- Honesty first — we’ll tell you what we find and what it realistically takes to fix it.
- Licensed Texas contractor — proper licensing and insurance for HVAC work in Texas.
- Home and business — residential systems and commercial / refrigeration support.
- Local focus — Lubbock and surrounding communities, not a national call center.
Name note
Klimate Concepts (with a K) is our Lubbock company. We are not affiliated with Climate Concepts in Massachusetts or any other similarly named businesses.
